About the Speaker: 

Dr. Narpat S. Jain is a distinguished clinician and healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of clinical excellence and dental practice operations. As the President of East Madison Dental Corp, Dr. Jain has spent more than two decades refining the "group practice" model, successfully scaling a multi-location, multi-specialty organization that balances high-tech integration with patient-centered care.

Since 1998, he has navigated the complexities of managing diverse clinical teams and implementing sophisticated business systems that ensure quality outcomes across multiple sites. His unique perspective is informed by a rigorous academic and clinical foundation, including his DMD from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey and specialized fellowship training at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Beyond the operatory, Dr. Jain is a prominent voice in the dental community:

• National Governance: He serves as a Trustee for the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and is an active member of the Council on Governmental & Public Affairs for the New Jersey Dental Association.
• Academic Standards: He is a subject matter expert for the American Dental Association (ADA), contributing as an exam question writer for the Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE).
